Job Description

    Risk & Control - Assistant ManagerRoles & Responsibilities:We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager for the Risk & Control function under the User Access Governance team. - This is a people manager role and the candidate will be directly responsible for the overall performance and development of the function and people.- The role will be responsible for working the onshore team to deliver timely execution of all user access governance management related tasks and actions. - The assistant manager will also be responsible for the ensuring the automation efforts to streamline any manual tasks that exist in the team.- Strong focus on people management and driving continued success through people is required. Ability to drive improvements by new ideas, transformation and collaboration is expected.- Smart dashboard and reporting is required for daily, weekly and monthly function and people updates to leadership. This role is required to work US hours to align with the function requirements and nature of work.- Ability to lead a team which performs user access reviews and application imports - Develop an understanding of different trustee reports and focus to ensure no risk due to leavers/movers- Develop understanding of different reconciling reports to ensure no omissions and accurate reporting- Liaise with team at onshore for regular partnership on function for either ad-hoc requirements or for ongoing support and deliverables- Ensuring timely completion of daily assigned tasks with smart reports preferably on Power BI or other new platforms- Ensuring timely action, reply and completion of emails received on a daily basis subject to adherence of the expected turn around times- Ensure active participation on all meetings, calls and events drive by function and the organizationWhat you need to have: - Graduation / Post-graduation in any stream- Minimum 3 years of direct people manager experience- Experience of working with clients/stakeholders across different geographies- Excellent command and working knowledge of Office365, Sharepoint, One Note, Power BI, Super User on Teams- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Keen bent of mind towards continuous improvement, knowledge on Quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen are good to have- Must have a strong appreciation and experience in knowledge transfer efforts and transition of processesShift Timing - 5:30 PM - 2:30 AMBoth side cab facility available.,
