Job Description

JOB TITLE: Associate Reporting Analyst SELECT ONE: Corporate JOB CODE:SH1120JOB FAMILY: Human ResourcesREPORTS TO: Manager People Analytics JOB SUMMARYThe Associate Reporting Analyst is a member of the HR People Analytics team and is responsible for building and maintaining reports and analytics within the HR system. This role reports to the Manager People Analytics and partners with HR Counterparts to help to interpret organizational needs into reports and analytics.

  • Develop standard ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards and metrics.
  • Monitor the reporting website on a daily basis, answering and creating reports per the report requests
  • Coordinating with different stakeholders and delivering required data on time.
  • Distribute monthly census reports and HRBP packets to the global HR Team.
  • Collaborate with the Proposal and BD departments to complete RFI/RFP on a timely basis.
  • Monitors data integrity through various audits and collaborate with data entry teams to improve accuracy and process.
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute and collaborate on HR cross functional projects
  • Coordinate with Legal and Data Privacy teams for different approvals.
  • Ensuring high level of data privacy and confidentiality while preparing and sharing data

  • Associates Degree (bachelor s degree preferred - B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Human Resources, or Information Technology or equivalent related education and experience. Experience developing reports and analytics. Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Applications. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR and/or other HCM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to review, analyze and present data in a meaningful way. Ability to compare data from various sources to ensure data being reported is accurate.
  • Must demonstrate critical analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Must be a self-starter willing to take initiative. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously an ability to work independently or in a team and to handle multiple deadlines driven tasks in a dynamic environment is essential.
