  • Collaborate with Customer Consultant for creating better user experience with respect to product trainings, publishing workshops and customer engagements

  • Regular update websites and contribute to the Inbound Marketing vision Create and contribute to customer engagement opportunities. Upload recorded engagement or training sessions on the dedicated Training Academy/Learning pages on Elsevier.com/SEA webpages.
New sales goals
  • Collaborate with CC, AMs, SSMs and solution lead in the region for lead generation.
  • Design campaigns, webinars, and landing pages for both top of the funnel awareness as well as the conversion of leads to bookings.
  • Manage/update the MQL submission process of both Sourced as well as Influenced leads on SFDC. Salesforce tagging and extracting of reports from salesforce.
Working with Regional teams
  • Support the Regional Marketing Manager in the development and execution of the field marketing plan in alignment with the Regional Account Director and support annual sales objectives in the region
  • Work with Account Manager, Customer Consultants and Solution Sales Managers to identify key customer advocates and leverage them in the field marketing plan.
Execute field marketing, measure and report
  • Plan, develop, and execute more complex promotional campaigns, or those that are of strategic importance to the organisation. These campaigns inform the organisation s target market on the value of its products and services and may include trade exhibitions, direct mailing, website, email marketing, social telemarketing, ABM, workshops or seminars.
  • Monthly Metric measurement and reporting cadence with focus on customer success and business outcomes
  • Post Event report assistance. Setup of MS forms survey and extracting insights from the survey.
  • Quarterly, H1 and Yearly feedback analysis from customer
  • Monitor traffic and implement SEO on Elsevier.com SEA webpages related to webinars/events and trainings. Adobe Analytics reports on viewership and conversion. Analyze the data, present insights, and take action to integrate with the customer journey.
  • Capture, measure, and report metrics related to customer experience, engagement, and Marketing Qualified Leads. Strong emphasis on evidence-based marketing.
  • Integrate all metrics, insights and synthesize the story of impact
Messaging & value position communication for maximizing customer value perception of Elsevier
  • Contribute to the regional Messaging framework, aligning Global Message with regional context after thorough needs analysis of the regional customer. Align these messages with all stakeholders
  • Research, write, design, and edit more complex or specialised thought leadership content, collaterals, website content, email copy or infographic that is effective and appropriate for the intended audience. Arrange for this material to be economically published and distributed. Collateral may include case studies, interviews, training and selling aids, telemarketing scripts, advertising copy, brochures, catalogues, display advertising(web), technical instructions, fact sheets, and information booklets.
  • Track and maintain a good understanding of customer value perceptions (regional perception) of Elsevier
