Mission for the role : The Associate Vice President Sales is a key leadership role at PlanetSpark. This is an opportunity to build a global Public Speaking company for kids to shape the future of next generation of confident speakers. This is a high accountability and high impact role, working directly with the founders.The mission for this role is to grow revenue for the company by 8x by June 2022 Roles & Responsibilities : The Associate Vice President Sales will be a custodian for revenue generation in the team.1. Revenue Generation :- Deliver revenue by selling PlanetSpark live online classes and to set up a high performing salesteam- Lead a team of 70-90 b2c sales executives (counsellors)2. Team Culture and Performance :- Motivate, Lead & work with the team to achieve the revenue targets- Build a high-performance culture3. Sales Insights and Coaching :- Deep understanding of Sales, and be able to build the right plans from concept to execution- Mentor and coach team members and help them achieve their numbers and career goals What are we looking for : - Excellent Leadership skills.- 7 to 12 years of Direct Sales work experience ( - Preferably in a B2C startup )- Willing to work 6 days a week- Working out of Gurgaon / Willing to relocate to Gurgaon ( Hometown in Gurgaon ) What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for : - A keen desire to build strategic alliances for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the Business and shape it independently like a Founder- A keen desire to build strategic alliances for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the Business and shape it independently like a Founder,
