We are looking for candidates from developers side/Cost Management consultancies with good pedigree who have worked on residential projects in the area of Costing. Enclosed below is the JD for the role :a) Budgetary/preliminary estimates based on assumptions & thumb rules.b)Preparation of detailed cost estimatesc) Prepare project budget and cost plansd)Track budget for each activity /tradee) Update project budget based on approved change orders/variations f)Prepare cost to completion reportsg) Keep track of market rates of materials, laborers, plant & equipment, etc. to arrive at accurate item rates.h)Ensure the accurate quantity take-off at all stages of Design for budget preparationi)Preparation and/or review of specification and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) prior to tendering the worksj)Analysis of bids (Commercial and Specification) submitted by contractors for various works k) Responsible for establishing Rate Analysis of all works of projectl) Establishing cost codes for budget for effective tracking & allocate coding for sub activities.m)Collating, analyzing & interpreting data with major focus on achievement of targets & productivities and regularly keep posted the top management by ways of MISn) Plan and Reconcile client issued material to all siteso) Evaluate BCWP,ACWP,ECWC & Variance p) Keep track of variation orders & extra items during execution stage and inform senior management through MIS.,
