Analyse business requirements related to B&F domain, design , develop (uplift) and discuss proposed solution in conjunction with product capabilities and customer s expectations.Demonstrate savvy in solution design using optimal combination of out of the box product capabilities, localization, workarounds and change requests.Communicate with team members from other domains to identify and close gaps in requirements/ solution and resolve cross functional implications of designs.Support BAs and development team in understanding the requirements, help finding optimal solution. If necessary attend meetings with relevant teams to clarify requirements.Design, document, configure (via UI, through tables, XML files etc.), test and debug software products.Resolve any issues/ problems that arise during testing, liaise with relevant teams for solution if necessarySupport Conversion and Go- Live activities for Billing and Financials systemsOverall 7- 10 years of exp with below experience1. At least 4- 5 years of experience in business / system analysis, working with customer on requirement and business processes definition, in a variety of complex situations, in telecom industry and/ or IT.2. Must have exp of Kenan B&F3. Experience in working in and/ or leading a team of cross domain solutions4.
