    Dear Candidate,Were Hiring forBusiness Development Executive (BDE) - IT ServiceRoles & Responsibilities :-*The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting these leads into successful business for the organization.*The candidate should have prior experience in sales or business development for Web and Mobile Application development services.*Key Responsibilities*- Identifying new business development opportunities in global and domestic markets.- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels(Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cold calling & Cold emailing).- Targeting relevant contacts/leads by using the right filters in Sales Navigator and contacting them.- Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.- Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.- Nurturing leads and follow-ups.- Relationship management with existing and potential clients.- Quality checking of companys sales processes.- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.- Networking to gain potential leads.*Required Skills*- Must have knowledge of web and mobile applications development practices.- Must have deep understanding of marketing principles.- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.- Must be self-motivated and a good team player.Regards,Team HR
