This is a high impact role and directly contributes to the business growth of the company. Responsibilities: - Be accountable for weekly targets for teacher supply- Distribute targets amongst team members and closely drive target completion- Take morning and evening huddles with the team- Coach and mentor Business Development Associates to help them achieve their targets- Analyze performance data to look at levers for improving performanceWhat are We Looking For - 2 to 4 years of experience in business development at a consumer startup or a large consumer company with a high hustle culture- Demonstrated performance at delivering business development targets week on week- Excellent team leadership skills and the ability to drive team members towards stretch targets- An analytical and problem-solving mindset - Living in or Relocatable to Gurgaon and willing to work 6 days a weekWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to grow the business for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the teacher supply and shape it independently like a Founder,
