As part of BI & Analytics Factory BW/HANA Delivery Lead will lead the Delivery team and be responsible for overall Delivery of BI & Analytics Solutions as per documented Business Needs and project milestones/guidelinesResponsible for Analyzing Requirements and drive functional/Technical Design to enable delivery of Enterprise BI/Analytics Solutions that meet defined architecture standards/guidelines and Industry best practicesWork closely with different BI Workstream teams during multiple phases of the project and provide BW on HANA, HANA Native Reporting solution guidance and involvement and resolution of issues/problems.Provide thought leadership for continuous improvements on the existing systems from a performance, scalability and functionality perspective and help drive development with Agile Methodologies like SCRUM etc.Collaborate with other business/technology teams to ensure alignment of business requirements, solution definition & technical architectureLead a team of internal and external BI Analytics Design/Build Resources for delivery of Projects/Solutions within the BI/Analytics domain.Responsible for conducting Performance Reviews, provide feedback and help manage career growth for team members.Foster Team Engagement and morale/motivation as a team leader. Drive Performance Driven Culture within the team., *Minimum 12 years of recent, progressive experience and demonstrable technical expertise in enterprise-class data analytics solutions and services. Including advanced skills in areas such as SAP Business Warehouse , SAP HANA .Minimum 3 years of People leadership experience in leading high performing Delivery TeamsVery Strong Technical Depth with vast experience in Architecture , Design and Building of BI/Analytics Backend Solutions across all business process areasExperience in working in a complex environment, projects on both maintenance as well as implementation projects basked by excellent people management skillsStrong Experience in BW modeling , Data Extraction , Data Transformation , Reporting within SAP BW/BI/HANA as well as interfaces from SAP R3/ECC.Experience in Architecture/Design/Build of solutions using HANA modeling/HANA viewsExperience in building of End to End Technical Architecture and Landscape Design of BI/Analytics Solutions including cloud platforms. Experience in Designing/Building interfaces/integration with other SAP and non-SAP on-premise and cloud Systems/ToolsDeep Understanding of BI Analytics Front End Tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Objects, TableauGood understanding of SAP Functional Areas like FI/CO, SD, MM, WM, PP, PM with basic understanding of Document flow and SAP module integrations.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of personnel individually and within teams.
