You will have the chance to be an early team member of this super talented team and create a long lasting impact.Core Responsibilities : Community team is responsible for organising engaging, outside of class, community events on a daily basis. As a category manager you will fully own up specific categories such as dance, music, public speaking, Gk, mental math etc.You will -- Build and manage supply to conduct daily events and webinars for your specific categories- Design and execute an outstanding event experience strategy for your specific categories to ensure high customer NPS.- Conduct post event analysis to build a strong feedback loopRequirements:- Graduate of Tier 1 college.- 1-3 years of experience- Ownership for tasks. Self starter attitude. Proactive and prompt.- Extremely data driven.
