    Job Responsibilities - CEO Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment withshort-term and long-term objectives Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop ahigh performing managerial team To fix goal of company with achievable objectives within stipulated time frame. Managing Key Accounts to maximize the business potential & achieve the salestargets. Handle project sales & Institutional Sales.17. Handling Government accounts like Soochna Bhawan, Nirman Bhawan,NDMC, HUDA, DDA & Indian Railways, CPWD,PWD,NTPC,BHEL, AirportAuthority of India, Naval Housing etc18. Participating in Exhibitions & Trade Fairs to Generate leads.Desired Skills:1. Experience in dealing with Govt. clients, PSUs, Architects, Interior Designers andBuilders.2. Newmarket identification and development.3. Knowledge of construction products and furnishing markets.4. Interpersonal and Influencing skills. Fluent verbal communication skills: Hindiand English both compulsory.5. Cross-functional Networking.Educational Background/ Work Experience:1. B.Tech /MBA with civil background preferred.2. Work experience of 12 years with experience in Delhi NCR for the last 5 years.3. 5-10 years in the Building Material industry with project sales experience in arelated competitive industry like Building Materials, White Cement, Paints,Plywood, PVC Plumbing Pipe, Electrical, Switch Gear Industries, Elevators, Air-conditioning.Location: Delhi NCR
