In this role, you would be responsible to perform the role of QA Consultant (Database Testing). Responsibilities Are you the one we are looking for

  • Plan, execute, manage and report on all aspects of Database testing standards and processes.
  • Test planning and execution of Database testing activities.
  • Understand business requirements and write optimized SQL queries to test the requirements .
  • Work closely with cross functional teams in understanding the requirements .
  • Report defects in a timely fashion and work to manage defects until issues are resolved.
  • Proactively solve technical problems and suggest process improvements.
  • Proactively build test cases for release requirements.
  • Proficient with Data Analysis .
  • Follow guidelines, policies, and directives outlined in the company handbook and department manuals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in technology
  • Experience in Database Testing
  • Good in writing SQL queries and complex joins
  • Conceptual knowledge in Data warehouse testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ skills
  • Expertise in Database testing.
  • Write optimized SQL queries to test the requirements .
  • Good analytical skills analyzing and understanding the release requirements, prioritize vital tests, streamlining the testing activities .
  • Problem-solving skills problem-solving skills to find bugs and build fixes for them .
  • Attention to detail test Reporting applications to find ways to improve them and isolate problems, must be highly detail oriented .
  • Communication skills good verbal communication skills to optimally collaborate with the engineering team and create written reports showing errors and testing plans
