Youll work closely with the in- house video, content, design and brand team to ideate and execute all consumer- facing campaigns. Key responsibilities will include: Building a unified design, tone, and voice to deliver effective brand communication. Converting briefs into impactful copy and visual/ video communication Leading creative vision, design and execution of all marketing initiatives, including cross- platform product integration, partner promotions, display campaigns, emails, print ads, TVCs, social creatives and branding Creating and shaping messages from strategy to brand positioning to creative direction Leading the execution of creative strategies to ensure end- to- end creative excellence Working with the Brand head to formulate, finalize & maintain brand guidelines across all marketing collaterals Collaborating with your team of creative designers & copywriters to guide concept, brand, and copy for brand / brand partnerships/ Tactical campaigns Directing a variety of creative/ copy resources (agencies, in- house, freelancers, writers, photographers, producers, directors, print production manager etc.) on creative execution to ensure creative excellence Contributing to brainstorming and creative brief development basis business / brand objectives Skills & Qualifications Must have prior experience with known brands or agencies Must have a mastery of Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator and other Design tools with experience of working with copywriters/ content writers. Must have a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional Copy & Art capabilities 7 to 10 years of experience in advertising or client- side is a must Extensive exposure to a deadline- driven production environment Bachelors degree in design or equivalent professional experience High energy and drive to work in a startup environment Excellent team player Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a marketing team, and other departmentsCompensation:Competitive, will not be a constraint for the right candidateCulture:ixigems enjoy a fun and rewarding work atmosphere.
