Job Description

    Come create the technology that helps the world act together Job Descriptions of NI Delivery Operations Delivery Operations being an integrated business partner for NI RBC from offer through customer order execution. Involves from early engagement pre-sales support in providing delivery and logistics execution plan input to optimize customer value.This role establishing a Delivery Operations individual; capable of managing all supply chain activities for multiple assigned CBTs (Customers names as in Financial reporting) to ensure delivery across all BCs inside NI. Accountable (SPOC) to interact with stakeholder management (CX, CDL & BC), in managing order launching, delivery & invoicing. Ensures effective performance of GBS supporting functions (OMC & Wipro SOD) for all Delivery Operation functions. Support delivery operations functions in line with NI RBC overall strategy to contribute to RBC revenue target achievement. Accountable for:
      • Managing all (end to end) supply chain activities and operations for multiple customer teams (CBTs) (across P20 & Blue Planet ERP systems) to ensure delivery assurance across all BGs;
      • Communications management with CO, GS and BG organizations to ensure appropriate engagement between Delivery Operations and these functional team and business groups;
      • Monitor performance management of GBS supporting functions (OMC & Wipro SOD) for all thru functions to ensure effective and timely performance;
    Responsible for:
      • Managing all supply chain activities including order launching, delivery plans, invoicing and supply chain processes to affect these activities;
      • Managing all supply chain escalations from BG and CTs, and implementing effective stakeholder management during such escalations;
      • Identifying, plan and managing all logistics activities to meet CT financial targets within the agreed cost baseline
      • Understanding how HW demand planning background correspondent to delivery plan gap (if any), and able to manage communications with CDL (Project Managers) locally to minimize escalations;
      • Pre-sales support to plan supply chain and logistics solutions and costings for all relevant CO opportunities;
      • Influence effectiveness of Demand Planning across all CTs within the CBTs, and ensure long term demand visible for Supply Chain to support upcoming orders
      • Manages all LSP activities;
      • Manages and optimizes inventory for all CTs;
      • Manages all supply chains risks and escalations;
      • Supervises and guides supply chain and logistics execution processes;
      • SOX and Quality compliance;
      • Collaborate with other BGs Supply Chain for multi-BG opportunities, with clearly state NI DO coverage in the process
    Assignment & Main activities - Manage customer s order from contract signature to billing in the logistics and financial domains- Analyse and identify the contract logistic terms (deadline, incoterms, dispatch location,products, relations with transporters)- Analyse and identify the contract financial terms (payment terms, payment currency, property transfer terms, registration terms, discount addressee)- Integrate data in the Blue Planet system (recover information (billing items, logistic items and management parameters) for various analysis needed by other stakeholders (i.e. tendering, sales managers, management audit, and business engineers, etc)- Validate technical terms of order (contract elements, update of logistic and financial status)- Understand order contract requirements; including lift ceasing terms of contract allowing order issuing (Risk Order/Risk Shipment management of accounts, and some Global account opportunities that involve review of securities, letters of credit/downpayment terms (or other financing means))- Monitor equipment availability dates according to the dates requested by customer and identify discrepancies- Make escalation to the supply chains and providers in order to get a better date if the PM has correctly planned his need and if the customer doesn t have more time- Launch dispatch (order assembly, packaging and dispatch; draw up customs documents)- Bill customer WORKING MODE - Good intervention with back office of the Business Development Manager (BDM/pre-sales) & Project Manager to get the right input to support timely Ordering process- Work closely with CX/ CX Assistant, Project financiers, Customer Delivery/Deployment Team, Auditor requirements in project delivery executions Requirements: Good interpersonal skill for stakeholder managementAbe to maintain good Communication Skills under pressuresStrong driver (drive actions/Influencing Others)E2E Supply Chain and Import / Export proceduresDemand Supply Planning conceptLogistics Cost/Partner ManagementProblem SolvingBusiness AnalysisNokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
