Job Description

- Experience required more than 12 years in Workforce Planning ,Resource Management .- Analyze, forecast, and plan workforce supply against the demand, assessing skill gaps,- Should have hands-on experience in the Resource Management System.- Implement scheduling strategies & initiatives to enable the business to achieve its objectives- Work closely with stakeholders and clients to resolve manpower staffing and scheduling concerns- Review Resource Planning & Budget requests for approval- Forecast future Resource requirements & Budget needs- Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial & resource planning results at the end of each reporting period- Suggest resource optimization that increases productivity & spending improvements that increase profits- Maintain oversight and preparation of budgets, capital plans, staffing forecasts and resource headcount requirements,
