    • Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

        • Key Responsibilities : 1-In-depth knowledge hands on experience of Dynatrace installation and configuration 2-Good Trouble-Shooting Skills 3-Experience using the Microsoft Windows PowerShell scripting engine to automate tasks with rest API 4-Good to have knowledge on Azure, Azure Monitor, Azure Monitor Logs, and Microsoft cloud environment 5-Good to have Azure DevOps skills and hand-on experience in creating azure CI/CD pipelines, Source Code management using GIT or Azure Repos
        • Technical Experience : 1-Good to have knowledge or working experience on Splunk Administration and management ITIL Knowledge or Certification is a plus 2-Good to have Knowledge of SCOM Configuration Management 3-Good to have knowledge on Grafana 4-Basic Unix Support 5-Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
        • Professional Attributes : Work on 24X7 Environment
        • Educational Qualification : UG :BCA in Computers, BSc in Any Specialization, BTech/BE in Any Specialization
