Job description:Ecosystem MAG Sourcing Senior AnalystIn Ecosystem Sourcing Services we support our Resale Leads and specific clients in the acquisition of manufacturer product and product related services. We work closely with our sales enablement teams and our strategic technology partners/alliances to drive resell of hardware and software technology and services through our client IT and Procurement organizations. The ESS team supports clients across MU in all geographies. The MAG Sourcing Team specializes in supporting Accenture pre-sales deal teams to shape the reselling of MAG Cloud Services into the client proposition then post-sale, to provide services to on-board the provider accounts, operate billing and provide a unique Customer Success Management function. The Cloud Account Support Senior Analyst provides a critical service as part of the operations function to manage the MAG account configurations. Key Areas of Responsibility Provide expertise for clients on configuring and managing their cloud provider accounts with AWS, Azure, GCP and Alibaba. This includes account setup, permissioning, billing extracts, best practices and coordination within Accenture with our ACP support team and with compliance. Support one or more clients through the lifecycle of their adoption of cloud products sourced with our Ecosystems team. Strong management of our cloud partners product updates, an understanding of configuration within the AWS, Azure, GCP and Alibaba portals, and training with clients & client account teams. Partner Account Management- Configuring accounts across all Cloud partners products and services and Ability to log and follow up on partner tickets. Client Knowledge and Relationships- Assess and resolve any client account management questions around setup, configuration, migration, reporting with the guidance of the AESS ESDs and ESAs Support onboarding and Customer Success functions accordingly As our ideal candidate you ll also have: Preferred Skills: College degree with at least 4 years industry experience in a ecosystem partners administration, support, or configuration. Should have at least one Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure and Alibaba) technology certification. Proficient in setting up and managing cloud accounts across the providers Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative and effective relationships internally and externally Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with Stakeholders, peers, and coworkers. Possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
