Job Description

Roles and Responsibility :

Unique Requirements : Should be flexible to to work in 12:00PM to 8:30PM shift

2-5 years of Overall IT experience. College graduate degree from reputed organization 3-4 year of experience in Testing Methodologies

Good communication skills.

Good Reasoning and analytical skills

Exposure to Customer Communication Manual tester with ETL testing work experience 3-5 years of Overall IT experience including the experience of leading projects.

Should have Good communication, Reasoning and Analytical skills

Should have good exposure to Customer Communication

Should have good knowledge of testing Methodologies and well versed with Testing processes

Should have good knowledge experience in web, mobile and Vignette/WEM (or other content management systems).

  • Ability to interact with different stakeholders to understand the project scope
  • Ability to develop test plan/ scenarios for medium to complex functions.
  • May be responsible for conducting a test plan review and acquiring test plan signoff.
Test Case Design
  • Designs and creates test case documentation including test situations, data setup, execution steps and expected results.
Test Analysis , Defect Management and Reporting
  • Interacts with business analysts/developers and other project team members while developing expected results and verifying results.
Automation Systems Thinking
  • Knows what automation tests are available and how to communicate with the automation team.

  • Ability to work in an open culture with a positive approach Flexibility
  • Ability to accept change, agility
  • Service delivery excel- Ability to deliver on assignments with agreed measures of time, scope and quality
  • Can identify test plans, objectives, major activities, and specific deliverables associated with testing. Is familiar with different methods, tools, and techniques used to accomplish test objectives. May have participated in development of test plans.
  • Can read requirements and create a basic level of test cases consistent to exercise those requirements.
  • Uses available tools to analyze data in databases, interim storage, or output files and validates that it meets the business and/or system requirements.
  • Has the ability to use test tools (e.g. query and reporting tools, file comparators) that can help effectively interpret test results.
  • Understands the importance of accuracy. Can identify tasks or outputs that require accuracy and detail-level attention. Can describe the consequences of errors within own unit or function. Is aware of the procedures for making sure that the job is mistake-free.
