Job Description

Short DescriptionEnsuring proper settlement of warranty parts received from field, considering warranty policy defined by Hero Moto Corp Standards to facilitate swift warranty claims credit & sharing on time feedback with channel partners, thereby delivering satisfaction & delight to our channel partners. Identification of various discrepancy & critical defects encountered while warranty settlement & escalation of same in form of warranty technical information report to ensure qualitative future product. Manage vendor schedules for joint inspection of part at Hero Moto Corp to contribute to Vendor recovery process Preparation & innovation in diagnostic s training module for components pertaining to assigned workstation.Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure warranty claim settlement at technical station to provide rapid credit to channel partners .
  • Ensure product quality & plan for counter measures to improve product quality for market requirement To create common platform of technical knowhow & problem solving.
  • Manage vendor schedules for joint inspection of parts at Hero Moto Corp to enhance Vendor recovery process.
  • Qualitative communication to Field team on warranty discrepancy observed during settlement & its reduction. Sharing problem solving methodology in form of standard operating procedures.
  • Development & enhancement of training module for induction program containing Hero warranty policy. To share technical knowhow of existing & new product with channel partners.
