Job Description

Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities

  • Publish weekly & monthly MIS related to Hiring Scorecard - Cognitive Assessment, Behavioral Assessment, personal interview & Hiring Score
  • Check quality of assessments on regular basis and highlight discrepancy if any
  • Monthly update on correlation study between Assessment recommendation and employee performance / retention
Vendor Management :
  • Publish monthly performance analysis for Recruitment Vendors & Hiring Project partners
  • Connecting with Project Partners on daily basis to ensure adherence of daily, weekly and monthly action plans
  • Coordinating with Legal, Compliance and Vendor Management team regarding renewal or new agreements
Other MIS & Dashboards :
  • Publish monthly Source Mix analysis
  • Sharing project related updates with Project team on monthly basis
  • Maintain & update tracker for closure through Job Portals
  • Conduct cost benefit analysis on quarterly basis for different TA initiatives
Engagement in other Projects
  • Support Internal Recruitment Team as and when required
  • Support in other project related deliverables
Desired Candidate ProfileAny Graduate/ Post graduate with advanced MS Excel skills & good to have Macros knowledge with 2-4 years of work experience.The desired candidate should understand and should be able to develop models.
