They are well established in international markets with cutting edge product portfolio.Description :- The Export Sales Head will be leading the strategy execution to recapture the market share for our clients products in international markets especially Middle East and Africa. - Work on expanding the business from existing channel partners, develop new channel partners and develop new territories.- Should develop and mentor a team of 8-10 people while establishing and achieving highly challenging business targets.- Lead and manage the sales operations (PPC, Logistics and Documentation).- Open for extensive travel to assigned regions (as allowed by Covid regulations and guidelines)Profile :- 15+ years of international/export sales experience in any industry- Experience in managing (travelling) export sales team- Extensively travelled internationally for International Sales- Should be able to adapt in dynamic environment.- Should have the ability handle stress.- Aggressive Sales approach & target oriented- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.- Strong Analytical, self-driven & motivated- Strong verbal and written communication skills.Job Offer :This is a promising opportunity for a high-performing individual with background in export sales in MENA region with willingness to work on aggressive and challenging targets in a highly rewarding environment.
