Details about the role:LocationIndia, GurgaonTeamFinanceReporting toAssistant AccountantTypePermanent, Full-timeKey Responsibilities
  • Processing Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Transactions, including PO/invoicing matching and invoice entry into the financial system
  • Maintenance of Vendor/Customer and banking information
  • Communicating with Vendors and Internal Purchasers to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Understanding and knowledge of GST/TDS compliances
  • Understanding and knowledge of FEMA compliances for processing Import service invoices.
  • Assisting in the roll out and testing of new ERP and invoice scanning software
  • Other Ad Hoc Duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Finance/Commerce
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Knowledge of large ERP & CRM systems
  • Comfortable working independently in a flexible and positive manner
  • Pro-active and passionate attitude
  • Able to interact with others with the confidence to deliver the necessary impact & influence
  • Solution-based approach to problem-solving
