Job Description

He/ she is responsible for giving the line of sight for the strategy, design of global campaigns, projects, initiatives, and editorial lines harmonized with key strategic priorities in his/ her scope. He/ she is responsible to deploy and follow-up the comms strategy respecting on-time delivery, budget, and specification and including transactional global activities in tight collaboration with the Executive Business Partners/ Comms Leaders and Newsroom team.He/ she directly partners with business stakeholders with the mission to educate, set expectations, propose appropriate actions that make the content relevant to the audience, find solutions, implement actions and propose a corrective course of action.The objective of this role is to drive understanding of company s priorities, cultivate conversations that matter and contribute to building a culture of dialogue, deploy change management through communications that drive business transformation.He/she will bring solutions based on external benchmark and trends, with a permanent focus on innovation and digitization in our communication delivery.Main responsibilities

  • In alignment with the employee communication experience principles, the Global Communications strategy, and in collaboration with the Executive Business Partners/ Comms Leaders and the Newsroom, he/ she defines and implements, end-to-end, global campaign/ project strategies in order to increase employee engagement, drive understanding of company s priorities and manage change through the communications:
    • Create communication plans for strategic projects or initiatives.
    • Deploy communication plans and drive execution, including own transactional global activities.
    • Produce communication assets and content.
  • He/ she ensures that duplication of content and overlap between global and local deployment of all employee campaigns/ projects/ initiatives are avoided.
  • He/ she uses standardized target segmentation by defining employee audiences and communities, identifying the corresponding audiences and partnering with channels owners to address these audiences in a timely and effective manner, being mindful not to create volume of comms and inefficiencies across channels.
  • Drive communications change management activities.
  • Works closely with Channel Owners to manage the mix of communications channels for the global campaigns/ projects/ initiatives in scope.
  • Set and manage measurement expectations with stakeholders.
  • Is flexible between taking the lead in the creation of assets and/ or supporting the development of specific content for leadership audiences in line with the leadership comms strategy (including EdCast content).
  • Under the leadership of the Global Communications Measurement team, work on analysing the impact of the communication activities in scope, work on insights and implement appropriate improvement actions.
  • Leads editorial lines in respective scope.
  • He / she promotes seamless collaboration across peer group.
  • Drives innovation and digitization across all global campaigns/ projects/ initiatives in scope, executing them in partnership with the Channels Owners and transactional teams.
  • In a proactive and permanent manner undertakes actions to maintain business acumen.

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Communications or Marketing in global companies
  • 5+ years working in a global role with multicultural exposure and working in matrix organizations
