Position Overview The role of an AI Solutions Global Delivery Leader will focus on customer success, delivery management, people management and drive growth by cultivating deep customer relationships through implementations of AI, ML, Data Science and related solutions. The leader s aim will be to create a top brand in AI domain for Wipro and be a trusted advisor to clients. Wipro s AI Solutions Practice drives technology strategy in AI domain to enable innovation and business transformation across its client base comprising of fortune 500 companies. It ensures the business and technology teams meaningfully team up to provide AI solutions to the clients, partner with strategic technology vendors in this space, build of ecosystem of partners cutting across emerging startups and work with Wipro s Strategy and Ventures team to evaluate potential investment opportunities aligning to company s strategic goals. The role is a part of the leadership team of Wipro s AI Solutions Practice supporting Strategic Market Units cutting across all regions and industry verticals. Role Responsibilities As a trusted advisor to the client, you will articulate the value of AI to formulate a strategic vision and a tactical roadmap to address clients critical Cognitive & Analytics needs. You will nurture strong relationships with key decision makers and influence client buying behaviors based on Wipro s AI capabilities, assets and service offerings. As a thought leader, you author and publish research and white papers, point of views and blogs to evangelize Wipro s leadership in the AI space. You will attend and speak at conferences on Wipro s behalf to present our industry leading thought process and best in class offerings. As an AI industry expert, you will collaborate on multiple projects with academia, internal and external researchers and various industry forums to further the cause of making AI meaningful in real life. As a technology expert, you will drive innovation to ensure that Wipro s offerings maximize business benefits though adoption of AI capabilities. You will help identify advances in AI, relevant capabilities, and partnerships that support scaling of business, branding, and market positioning. As a delivery leader, you will be responsible for customer success managing CSAT (customer satisfaction), ESAT (Employee satisfaction), delivery quality metrics, financial metrics, engagement growth and people related metrics. As a mentor, you will help scale a pool of Data Scientists, AI/ML engineers and AI researchers and foster a culture of innovation to encourage the team find new and better ways to achieve their goals. You will actively work to attract, develop and retain top talent to build best in class AI capability in Wipro. As a part of leadership team, you will influence senior business and technology stakeholders for a coordinated firmwide strategy, with new innovations rapidly evaluated, piloted and then scaled firmwide where appropriate.As a trusted delivery partner to the client, you and your team will be responsible for client engagement, client relationship management and client success through impactful delivery of transformational and innovative solutions in AI and related domains. Qualifications: Master s degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on AI/ML or related fields Strong passion for AI technologies and staying abreast of industry trends Recognized industry thought leader with presence in prominent industry and academic bodies or forums Practical experience with designing & implementing enterprise scale products and applications using AI/ML platforms like Watson, AWS SageMaker, Google AI, Azure ML, Einstein, etc. and experience in leveraging underlying frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, etc. Experience in large scale delivery and managing large teams operating in a global model Strong relationship and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with senior business or IT executives and thought leaders in the AI domain Track record of delivery, partnerships and innovation Possesses key leadership attributes executive presence, excellent communication skills, collaborative, growth mindset, strategic thinking and customer obsession.,
