Looking for Regional Compensation Head for American MNC.- Regional Compensation & Benefits role (India, SEA, Africa, & Middle East)- Managing C&B for 4000+ employees spread across India, SAARC, Subsaharan Africa & Middle East. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.- The incumbent to this position will lead the Compensation and Benefits team to proactively partner with HR Business Partners, Management and other stakeholders to develop, lead and achieve compensation objectives aligned to a complex and dynamic business model, and evangelize total compensation philosophy and strategy to the Business Units.- The role will focus on providing compensation consultation and activities to design, develop, implement and measure results of compensation and benefits policies and programs with compliance understanding.- The position will leverage central practices to foster and drive compensation and benefits programs to align with global and regional strategies and business requirements while understanding and advocating for locally relevant market conditions and practices.- Anticipating market trends, developments and internal and external competitiveness and pro-actively guiding the organization.- Preparation of customized compensation analytics by division based on business needs.- Responsibility for reporting and analysis on a variety of annual processes such as promotions, bonus / salary reviews, and compensation budgeting including, but not limited to, variance analysis, year-on-year comparisons, model salary and bonus pool distributions and future projections.- Lead, mentor and manage the team.,
