Job Description

    Head GM Production Planning ChemicalQualification: GraduateExp: 15 yrsJob DescriptionAgro ChemicalCoordination of production scheduling with Supply chain team to meet rolling sales forecasts and to ensure that plant can meet the planned production within define machine capacity Responsible formulation of Herbicides, Insecticides and Fungicide with focus to cover all pesticides legal compliance under CIB Planning to arrange RM & packing materials as per production plans and rolling sales forecastsResponsible formulation Liquid EC/SL/ZC/SC and Solid WDG/WP /GRANUALS with using ACM- Air Classifier milling operation & make packing accordingly Monthly MIS, variance with budget vs actual and last month is submitted to Unit Head / GM Orientation for continuous improvement, implementing innovative ideas, cost saving and product quality through employee involvement.To manage production & co-ordinate with shift production officer to carry out production according to the valid budget and planning and to achieve its objectives in terms of quality, cost, safety and efficiencies Implementing safety standards on shop floor (safety talk, PPE, PSM, work permits, interlocks, emergency preparedness, MOC) Responsible to calculate batch calculation for formulation of chemical according to given specification & packing of filling lines To maintain safety level during handling of specially chemicals and to ensure adequate work permit issue during working over there To implement corrective/preventive measure to ensure the maximum uptime/output for the Plant and to ensure minimum production breakages / wastage and downtimeQuality:Manage and /or assist in the following Quality functions:Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.Maintain a production environment that complies with and follows all quality assurance and government regulations.Responsible for all documentation as per SOP in accordance with ISO 9hidden_mobile; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001Interested candidate If you are interested kindly send update CV on this Email id: {hidden_email }
