Responsibilities: - Partner with the leadership team and provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution- Ensure that decisions, processes, and practices align with the cultural philosophy- Design people strategy as per the scale-up and build-out plans of the firm. - Adapt the problem-solving model to solutions to the complex stakeholders. - Lead the performance management process and advise the leaders to engage high potential and performing talent. Implement performance improvement programs to sustain a high performing environment. Candidate Preference:- Mandatory to have Tier 1 full-time post-graduation. (TISS/XLRI/MDI/SCMHRD)- Must have experience in working for the technology sector. An added advantage for talent having hiring and HRBPexperience for product and engineering functions in a technology-based firm.- Excellent communication and superior influencing skills.
