Job Description

    Head of Offline Retail (For USA/ Canada / and Australian market) Job Objective : The Goal is Simple - to maximize the productive offline presence of TAE brands/ products across North American retail stores- To Identify offline retailers through which TAE will sell its goods in North America and Australia, for e.g. Sephora, Ulta, Macys, Whole Foods etc.- Define strategy in terms of Commercial Structures/Commissions to be shared with these players- To reach out, establish connects with such players, do relevant meetings, and establish partnerships/ensure TAE products are available through these players- Deliver in excess of 5 Million USD of sales through the offline sales channel in the first year itself Qualifications / Past Experience / Requirements : - Preferably looking at someone who is located in the USA - 8 plus years of experience in the offline retail industry dealing with Large North American Retailers- Excellent written and spoken English.- Prior Retail Experience is a must - Preferably from a skincare, personal care, FMCG background- Varied Educational degrees will be accepted but premier institutions and flagship/ mainstream courses are definitely a plus point.- Diversity of experience in terms of roles, geographic location, and strong understanding of global business/cross border communications would be much appreciated.
