Job Description

    Job summaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to enable Bill Payments on Amazon through the billers/partners in the assigned region and manage those relationships on an ongoing basis. He/she must be an effective communicator and negotiator. He/she should have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills. The role requires a higher level of ownership, a bias for action, strong data analytics skills, good negotiation/communication, stakeholder management, and an eternal drive to learn and innovate on behalf of our customers, billers, and partners.He/she will define and drive business development and manage key accounts for Amazon Pay Bill Payments in the assigned territory. As an end-to-end owner, he/she will work with external billers/partners/agencies to lead, manage & drive the closure of new campaigns, resolve biller level issues, highlight Voice of Customers, and manage integrations. To drive incremental customers for Bill Payments on Amazon, will identify new partners and develop avenues to drive incremental customers This role calls for an individual with strong business development acumen, excellent client relationships/stakeholder management, good negotiation skills, the ability to root cause layered problems and arrive at actionable solutions, and the know-how of the payments industry. Key job responsibilities Drive Bill Payments on Amazon by interacting with assigned billers/partners Own and cultivate the business relationship with the key partners and billers with a long-term vision to make Amazon the top Bill Payments partner. Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers Strong in Data Analytics & Deep dive Is a strong negotiator and is able to influence without authority & do stakeholder management Define business GTM roadmap through partners for existing and new product launchesThe ideal candidate will be numbers-driven, team-oriented, and an effective communicator. We are seeking someone with a demonstrated history of driving Enterprise (B2B) sales and relationship management.,
    • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
    • 2+ years relevant experience in sales
    3-5 years of experience in Enterprise sales (B2B) Understanding of the digital payments market in B2B channel Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated highest level of integrity and strong work ethic Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines Willing to undertake frequent travel for client meetings MBA/Post-graduation qualification An understanding of and passion for the e-commerce & payments ecosystem 5-6 years of experience in business development/channel partner management role Good understanding of the payments ecosystem Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities Excellent verbal and written communication Demonstrated the highest level of integrity and strong work ethic Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines Willing to undertake frequent travel for client meetings Strong in Data Analytics.
