    • Understanding core learning needs of students through their parents, and aligning the offerings of the program to the same through phone, email and text
    • Handling customer objections in a consultative manner to close sales
    • Identifying and generating references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
    • Adhering to the defined inside sales process, tools and data management logic to ensure a high number of enrolments with the minimum churn for the assigned set of prospects
    • Onboarding the learner after closing a sale, and maintaining the relationship between
    • Coordinating and resolving queries of customers & teacher partners
    • Highlighting issues through parent feedback and helping with effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Meeting and overachieving the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrollments.
    • Maintaining updated contextual information in the CRM platform with details pertaining to discussions & lead stage changes in real time
