To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.2. To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & softskills.3. To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor & generating their Code.4. Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business outof them.5. Designing contests & arranging campaigns for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors.6.Reporting to the Branch ManagerRoles and Responsibilities:-

  • Scout for potential who can be effective advisors
  • Make presentation on Career as an insurance advisor
  • Follow-up for obtaining necessary documentation regularly
  • Make sure that the advisor attends the training program & IRDA examination to acquire appropriate licensing.
  • Draw up a monthly plan of targets
  • Break down the plan according to the potential of the insurance advisors
  • Keep the advisors motivated and on the job
  • Keep daily contacts with the advisors
  • Help sort out any problems faced by the advisors
  • Accompany the advisors on joint calls
  • Support advisors in designing solutions and advise customers
  • Provide NAIP training to advisors
  • Making sure that the advisor is learning on the job
  • Prepare the advisors by having them to give dummy presentations to test their level of selling skills
  • Identify and motivate advisors for club membership, MDRT etc
  • Monitor, review and guide their performance periodically
  • Ensure retention, adhere to productivity benchmarks of advisors
  • Ensure participation of advisors in training and other developmental interventions
  • Have business related issues solved at branch level through RM or Operation staff.
  • Maintain healthy & cordial relation with the advisor.
  • Regularly staying in touch with his advisor (in person) as well as using other modes of communication.
  • Regularly update the advisors about new products, schemes, clubs, etc.
  • Coordination with internal departments
  • Constantly track the lapsed policies data.
  • Update the Advisors with an updated list of lapsed policies.
Desired Candidate Criteria: -1. Any Graduate is welcomed.2. Must be localized in the City for at least 2 year.3. Professional having any Sales & Marketing experience from any industry.4. Candidate should be an excellent team player & should pose good leadership qualities.5. Good communication skills & present ability. Good Network6. Age Limit: 24 years to 35 years.
