    Greeting for the Day!We are looking for Customer Relationship Officer, details are below.Location- HyderabdExperience- min 6 monthsSalary Budget- up to 27 kResponsibilities:-1 Over all Branch Calls ( All type ) Status responsibility & follow up for closure to ensure TAT adherence2 PM Reports Handling of All Key Account Customers3 Allocation of unidentified calls 4 CCN support to dealers for Booking , Call Allocation , Equipment Registration , Spare Part Indenting and Call Closing and share MIS with them on regular Basis5 Communication with channel for Spare Part availability & their Service claims6 Part Code identification / selection support to dealers in CCNET7 Collection & record keeping of Branch Ranking Documents Like JRA , Installation Audit , Service Intercept , EH & S Training , Product Training, and Appreciation Letters8 Customers revert on transactional mails9 Mobility & EFSR Tracking and ensuring 100% Active technician and >95% closure on mobility 10 Follow Up With spare Ware houses ( Commercial team) For Approval of Spare Part Indents raised through CCN11 Indents Error Correction & follow up with backend team for Creating SO12 Customer Code Creation13 STO Creation follow-upInterested candidate share resume on given email id- hidden_email and also share details in given format-Name / Skills / Total exp / Notice period / Current salary / LocationThanks & RegardsDeepak / hidden_mobile / hidden_email
