- Co-own the Business P&L and KPIs along with Business Teams- AOP forecasting and adherence, driving numerous initiatives to improve category top-line and bottom-line including supply chain optimization, marketing efforts, pricing strategies etc.- Work closely with the accounting Team to ensure accurate financial reporting, Reco and decision supports- Preparation and finalization of category budget and Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts- Validated different marketing campaign and look through the financial lens on the efficacy of such campaigns- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements to Relevant Team- Deal Evaluation, Market Research for the Category, Competition Analysis, Sales Event planning and execution with the Business/Category Team- Crisp Presentations and creative visualizations explaining financial, Operational & Business results - Deliver Key messages to Category / Business leaders / Executive Committee and manoeuvre to a decision- Identify Levers for Revenue, Mix and Margin improvement opportunities and establish pricing / discounts / trade schemes guidelines and Reco. Of them- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting toolsQualification- Should be a Post-Graduate from a tier 1/ tier 2 University or business school / should hold a degree in finance CA/MBA- Having 3 to 5 years experience- Past experience must be of Business Consultancy Agency / Ecommerce/D2C brand- Should have strong analytical rigour and problem solving skills,
