Job Description

    Dear candidate,We are hiring for Sr. server Administrator.Experience: minimum 5 yearsCTC: hike on current salaryLocation: GurgaonRole and Responsibilities:
    • Proactively maintain all applications hosted on Cloud and companys own Windows servers to ensure a 24x7x365 uptime service.
    • Maintain best practices on managing systems and services.
    • Analysis and logging information for performance exceptions.
    • Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
    • Perform backups of applications and database.
    • Manage and implement software upgrades.
    • Create and modify scripts to automate tasks.
    • Coordinate with respective departments and team members for maintaining servers and applications.
    • Work with the technology team to establish key service level indicators.
    • Ensuring the repeatability, traceability, and transparency of infrastructure automation.
    • Manage and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of entire infrastructure systems inclusive of LANs, WANs, internet, security, and wireless implementations.
    • Responsible for deployment and operations of enterprise-level network security infrastructure including Firewall, IPS/IDS, Content filtering, Load balancer, VPN infrastructure.
    • Should have experience in configuring LAN Availability Technologies with strong knowledge in TCP/ IP and layers of OSI models and managing them, monitoring the logs, reporting, etc.
    • Network Operations - Network configuration, Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on network & network devices, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, vendors handling escalation through to resolution).
    • Administering regular Patching of all provisioned network & security devices.
    • Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current network.
    • Management of Virtual Infrastructure environment
    • Management of Postmaster Mail Server.
