*About this roleThe role holder is an integral part of the HR Shared Service for India and is responsible for end to end payroll, advising line management and HR on HR policy or process issues. He/she is responsible for the implementation, development and review of payroll and benefit administration as well shared services strategies to meet business objectives in line with regional and business strategies, company values, policies and procedures, HR best practice, external legislative requirements and undertakes projects relating to the payroll and benefits matters impacting payroll and HR operations related areas.
