Great educational background, preferably in the mechanical engineering. Solid technical background, with understanding of all technicality of HVAC field. Should have experience in handling complete project from planning to completion including handing over to customer after commissioning, warranty and AMC. Should have knowledge of Valuation of duct & pipe sizing, pumps head calculation and all related design parameters for the analysis of existing HVAC system for up gradation and preparing new proposal along with BOQ & material specifications for the consultant review. Knowledge of HVAC Equipment such as chiller, air handling unit and VRF units etc. Candidates having basic knowledge of electrical work will be preferred. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Should have experience in installation of Chiller, AHU, cooling tower, VRV/VRF and all other HVAC equipment. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client.
