Job Description

JOB DUTIES:

  • Handling clients queries.
  • Arranging their documents.
  • Providing assistance for the different visa process & steps.
  • Generating business by converting leads.
  • Candidates have to deals with the clients who are looking for PR Visa for Canada, Germany,Australia,Denmark etc.
  • Approach the clients through telephonic & e-mails, clients will come in the office for further process.
  • Meet the assigned targets.
  • Achieve excellent client service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
REQUIREMENT:
  • Should have minimum 0.6 yr of experience in sales background.
  • Should be able to handle clients telephonic & face to face queries, Walk-ins.
  • Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to the clients.
