Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project Parivartan is a CSR initiative of AkzoNobel India Pvt. Ltd., a multi-national company founded by Sir Alfred Nobel. AkzoNobel India has its headquarters in Gurgaon. Deepalaya is the partner NGO in this endeavour. Four government schools of Mohali, Punjab have been adopted under this project. Three prime components of the project are Remedial Education, Life Skill Education and Infrastructural Upgradation.

Requirements:

  • Dynamic candidate with proficiency in the English language both written and spoken.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Good Computer Knowledge.
  • Team Skills.
  • Expertise in planning and implementation.
  • Documentation Skills.
  • Experience with the NGO sector will be preferred.

QUALIFICATION

B. Ed/M.A. in English 3-4 Yrs of experience in teaching English

PROFILE

  • Teaching English with the objective of facilitating the personality development and grooming of the students.
  • Bringing creativity and innovativeness in the methodology of teaching English for making it more interesting to the students.
  • Perceptive about planning activities with respect to the objective of teaching English.
  • Be open-minded and ready to share ideas and activities in a collaborative mode with other instructors.
  • Should have good social skills and the ability to build rapport with the stakeholders.
