Job Description

International Bid Manager Role Description

  • End to end Presales Lifecycle Management, primarily through bidding process.
  • Responsible for identifying bidding opportunities involving IT products and services around the world. More specifically in the gaming and fintech sectors.
  • End to end RFI/ RFP/ RFQ response preparation and other sales support like technical presentation, capability document and approach paper.
  • Full ownership for EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP/Tender preparation and bid submission after engagement with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify key success factors & Present the synopsis to the management for strategic guidelines.
  • Finalize on Bid or No-Bid Decision - Confirming on qualification, conducting a competitive analysis.
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate bid preparation activities to ensure quality and timely submission
  • Co-ordination internally between Technical, BD, Commercial and Legal teams and Management for Bid Qualification, Bid Preparation and Submissions
  • Work closely with the Technical Teams and Business development team to contribute in solution development, manage the proposal requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery
  • Prepare a Bid Plan and check list as per the RFP submission timelines.
  • Interacting directly with Customer for Bid queries and timelines till the Bid submission
  • Production of the entire bid response in soft/ hard copies
  • Managing overall quality of the content and presentably of the bid documents.

  • Manage the bid budget
  • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
  • Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues
  • Manage computer based document store and reference materials and constantly build the repository.
  • An individual contributor who is also self-motivated but an excellent team player across multiple departments.
Qualifications -
  • Education: Bachelor Degree or Master Degree.
  • 5+ years experience in bid management and presales involving international markets involving IT products and services.
