The team is responsible for delivering data driven analytics to Business Operations leadership to run a profitable business for the supported Market/Service.Candidate Profile The candidate should have experience in developing analytical dashboards, using effective and insightful data visualization techniques with strong Data Analytics and Microsoft Power BI skills and abilities to develop and maintain Power BI reports with multiple complex datasets. With preferred SQL capabilities, strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models, we are looking for experts in gathering requirements, solutioning the requirement, creating effective quantitative analysis along with a strong inclination to upskill on Accenture business processes and tools.Job Title: Data Analytics & Modeling SpecialistCareer Level: Level 9Type of Role: Individual ContributorReports to: Analytics and Modeling Associate Manager/ManagerLocation: Delhi-NCR preferred and BangaloreResponsibilities:Act as a data analytics, reporting expert to provide management and operations support to the practice and business leads to help them run their portfolios, understand key performance metrics to drive performance improvementsEnable leadership with required analytics and actionable insightsExperience in Advance excel skills (VBA, pivots, database functions), including the ability to work on complex formulas & design interactive spreadsheetsResponsible for managing day-to-day activities. Coach/guide team members in assigning tasks, tracking their completion & ensuring qualityProvide accurate level of effort estimates and delivery plans for projectsProficient in data visualization in Power BI using Slicers and different type of charts to formulate dashboards in line with storytelling concepts with ability to showcase dashboard implementations that demonstrate visual best practicesAnalyze business requirements and work to translate functional inputs into technical specifications, to develop reporting solutions using Power BI as a front-end visualization toolExperience in formulating advanced DAX queries and Implementation of Row Level Security by defining various constraints for each defined RoleWorking experience in connecting Microsoft Power BI Desktop to various data sources (SQL Server preferred) and publishing reports on Power BI serviceResponsible for managing large volumes of data, should have experience with preparation of data for visualization and worked on various data cleaning & transforming techniquesWork closely with stakeholders/leads to understand the business needs and drive key business outcomesDevelop process documentation, communication and reportsParticipate and contribute to regular discussions and process improvement initiativesQualifications:Full time graduation with full time MBA preferredMinimum 6-8 years of overall experience in data analytics & reporting with 4-5 years of experience in Data Analytics & ReportingData Visualization Experience - Strong Knowledge of Power BI or equivalent tools like Tableau/QlikExperience in Data Modelling SQL or PBI/Tableau/QlikTop required Behaviors & Skills:Analytical/problem solving skills with accuracy and attention to detailData Visualization Skills: Good Power BI working experience or equivalent experience in Tableau/Qlik.Data Modelling Skills: Data Modelling in SQL or PBI/Tableau/QlikStrong Excel/PowerPoint SkillsAbility to multitask, plan and prioritize to meet deadlines and expectationsGood interpersonal skills with ability to interact with international stakeholders/global clientsWilling to go the extra mile for the team when requiredAbility to work under minimal supervision and guidanceWillingness to learn and deliver with a positive attitude,
