Amazons Ops Tech IT Services group is looking for best-in-class client-side support personnel to support the expansion of the Amazon RAD under Ops Tech IT You will provide quality technical support to internal customers through one or all available channels (phone, chat, in-person), meeting or exceeding their expectations at every opportunity.The successful IT Support Technician will be customer focused and motivated by team success. You will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests. You will also be committed, flexible, and have demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and other computer related devicesEnsure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidentsTroubleshoot and resolve system hardware and software problemsParticipate in monitoring and maintenance of system key process improvementsCreate and update MIS reportsExcellent Data analytic skillsProficient with Excel., Bachelor s degree in Computer science or IT related field. Microsoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator (Active Directory) Strong Networking Skills, Cisco CCNA and CCNP certification Advanced Linux systems administration skillsand certification. Strong troubleshooting skills of very complex systems Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms Ability to manage high priority projects Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating in person and via phone/radio with peers, management, contractors and vendors. Ability to travel up to 25% Bachelor s degree in Computer science or IT related field. Minimum 3 years of IT support experience. Minimum 2 year assets management experience. Strong troubleshooting skills of very complex systems Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms Ability to manage high priority projects Inventory management skills. Exellent data analytical skills. Experience troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals / Barcode scanners. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining laser printers and zebra printers. Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating in person and via phone/radio with peers, management, contractors and vendors. Ability to travel up to 25%
