You will diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by customer facing while using PTC IOT Products and consulting customer to help them implementing end to end IOT solutionYour Impact:This job is perfect opportunity for candidates who want to get exposure to IOT domain and want to explore their knowledge as Technical consultant.Your Day-to-Day
    • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
    • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
    • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
    Must-Have Skills
    • Flexible to Work 24x7
    • Java, JS, Node JS
    • Proven work experience as a Software consultant or Technical Engineer
    • Have good troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Have knowledge of ThingWorx/IOT domain would be plus
