KY3P Assessment Service - Associate DirectorDepartment overview:IHS Markit s Platforms & Regulatory Compliance brings together solutions that help customers comply with regulatory requirements while reducing the risk, cost and complexity of running their businesses. We provide extensive risk and compliance management coverage, allowing firms to reduce costs, reuse information and streamline processes with improved technology.KY3P Shared Assessment transforms the way institutions are conducting assessments today by allowing firms to request due diligence of third-party posture and compliance in a form of vendor risk assessments. Shared Assessments deliver a report or verification activities, including: Assessment of policies, Procedures and documentation, Interviews with third party stakeholders, and Sample observationsPosition summaryKY3P Assessment Services group is seeking a highly qualified team manager for placement within a project team servicing Third Party Risk Management. Successful candidates will assume a role which includes providing direction to a team managing project execution as it pertains to Third Party Risk Management for our clients in-scope vendor and sub-contractor population. Candidates with experience in understanding and applying Third Party Risk Management are of particular interest. People and process management experience is required.Duties & accountabilities

• Manage multiple implementations, while maintaining on-time deliverables.
• Lead a team of 5-10 individuals to execute on managed service initiatives.
• Ensure all customers receive first class service consistent with IHS Markit s expectations including but not limited to:
  • Conducting demos and train clients on the platform
  • Identifying and resolving client issues
  • Follow up with vendor & clients based off SLAs
  • Troubleshoot KY3P issues internally and externally
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and answering customer inquiries
• Actively speak with customers to ensure they understand how to use the functionality of the KY3P product suite and understand the full capability of KY3P s industry initiatives
• Become highly skilled in understanding and maintaining Operational Processes including:
  • Creating and updating procedure documents
  • Capture bugs & enhancements reported by Clients/Self & work with technology to fix them
  • Participate on new platform user acceptance testing
  • Assist team member on operations process when required
  • Implement and maintain quality control on the operational process
  • Evaluate scope of work/project plans and make recommendations for improved process
  • Maintain and report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to upper management.
• Prepare regular status reports for leadership team and clients.
• Identify and work to resolve gaps in process or project execution.
• Work through new requirement discussions with the client and identify short-term workarounds.
• Must utilize strong adaptability skills and become an expert on our proprietary products, through classroom, web and on the job training and experience.

Business competenciesEducation and experienceBatchelor s Degree with minimum 5 years of proven experience in Third Party Risk Management with an overall experience of 8 10 years in a Risk Management field is requiredPrevious people management experience requiredStrong communication with exceptional presentation skills requiredData analysis skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Excel required.
