Work on assigned regulatory tasks including scheduling testing at EMC, Safety and NEBS test labs and receiving quotations from test labs.Propose and review EMC, Safety and NEBS test plans.Work closely with Hardware Engineers and lab technicians for preparing systems for testing.Supervise testing at test labs and ensure tests are done per scheduleParticipate in reviewing final test reports from test labs.Short Description:The Compliance Engineer will be part of Hardware Engineering group and will work on Regulatory Compliance Activities for Telecom / Networking Hardware. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of abilities and experience in all aspects of design, testing, stressing, configuring and qualification of Telecom/Networking Hardware products.Requirements:Excellent written and spoken communications skills to communicate accurate, organized and detailed test reports and test results.Independent, self-driven, organized and detailed-oriented.Experience with testing of Telecom/Networking systems Hardware (TDM and Ethernet)Experience with set up and configuration of telecom systems for getting them through UL/FCC/NEBS compliance testing in external certification labs.Experience with test equipment ( Ethernet Traffic generators)
