The position is also responsible for proper tenant mix in the property, in line with business strategy and market demand, and to achieve the organizations desired business objectivesKEY RESULT AREAS/ KEY DELIVERABLES

    • Set up leasing objectives and targets for all projects and monitor all objectives are achieved on a regularly basis
    Tenant mix & rental schedule
    • Perform and ascertain market intelligence in order to gain information that would lead to maximizing the mix and quality of the tenant representation within the project
    • Create tenant profiles and accurate databases for each tenant category so as to facilitate information retrieval and ensure proper follow-up
    • Manage all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective
    • clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages
    • Continually monitor tenant mix to ensure commercially profitable to the Mall and device churn strategy for all operational Malls
    Execution & closure of lease as per TAT / plan
    • Lease vacant space according to Leasing Plan / Rental Schedule in accordance with the
    • relevant time frames set out therein and according to defined retailer mix and target customer
    • Conduct presentations and site visits for prospective tenants in order to promote Mall as a unique retail destination
    • Assist the Head Leasing in the Key Anchor transactions and closure of individual leasing transactions. This involves a complete and detailed knowledge of the leasing
    • contract and associated technical exhibits (construction exhibit, tenant criteria, etc)
    • Co-ordinate with other relevant departments for all leasing related work
    • Work with the tenant coordination team in transitioning from executed contracts
    • through to the handover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit out, through to trading
    Management of broker network
    • To manage broker and franchise network
    Reports & MIS
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities Other
    • Manage the Retail Leasing team on leasing transactions, follow-up on transactions and support the team in concluding deals. Interact with team on a daily basis through formal catch-up sessions to maintain the momentum of the leasing process and have weekly Hangout with team on site
    • Contribute to the team through inputs at various workshops related to importance of relationship building, tenant mix, tenant adjacency, LOI/MOU and agreement
    • Follow-up with clients for documentation related to the projects
    • Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures
    POSITION REQUIREMENTSLevel of Education :Graduate/ Masters in Business AdministrationExperience: Candidate having 5 to 7 years of experience in the mall development / leasing
