Learn about the product in depth so that you can articulate the value to existing and new customersa. Invest time on an ongoing basis to keep yourself up-to-date on new developments2. Map different user types/ customers personas. Work closely with different users to understand the business decisions they make. Map those decisions to the information that can be provided to them in a seamless fashion through SirionLabs platform3. Understand other data sources that the product is integrated with or in a position to pull the data from so that we can provide seamless experience to the customers and

  • Build a framework for data aggregation
  • Build a robust framework for data visualization
  • Drill down to specific use cases
4. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure transparency and clarity, Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in an engineering or business field
  • 5+ years of experience working in management consulting role or business analytics role
  • Should have a consultative approach to problem solving and have BI/ analytics experience
  • Excellent communication, planning, presentation and organization skills. Clear thinking and logical with an ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to learn quickly, great relationship building skills, ability to understand and connect problems
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving, and high-pressure operations environment
