Job Description

Define local short- term and medium- term objectives, sustainably grow profitability and market share for Reebok s performance footwear business.

Implement Global Concepts- to- Consumer strategies for range management in a locally relevant way to support the brands strategy and positioning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic business plan for Reebok footwear to deliver on the overall brand ambitions
  • Provide category leadership, effectively managing cross- functional working relationships to align and drive the vision and strategic objectives for Reebok s footwear business.
  • Drive a compelling range/concept selection for the India market (including Category assortment packages across channels, as well as Key Accounts) within the CTC framework, balancing both Brand and commercial considerations, and supporting the overall business strategy.
  • Support the Brand teams to ensure maximum hype around key campaigns Build profitability for the segment by managing pricing, FOBs
  • Continually analyze sell- in, sell- out ROI of key investments, to ensure they meet the financial expectations set out in the short- and mid- term goals across all channels
  • Coordinate the development of go- to- market (GTM) plans for assign and presents these to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop range architecture and sales channel segmentation for Reebok footwear. Identify India specific demand of the customer/channel according to consumer segments
  • Lead local product creation process for footwear to deliver a range that is specific and relevant to the Indian market.
  • Support retail training function with updates and latest product news as required
  • Synthesize category and competitor insights, disseminates them to internal and external stakeholders appropriately and ensure organizational alignment around key category insights
  • Establish a high- performance culture, provide a suitable performance framework for direct reports and be a coach for continuous improvement.     Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
