Job Description

    Are you a CA looking for making an impact Are you someone who is an entrepreneur at heart Are you willing to re-locate to Gurgaon Then, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.Key Roles & Responsibilities :- Develop Annual Operating Plan (Budget and forecast) in Co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders- Key skills required: Communication skills, strong business sense, excellent skill in Microsoft office tools- Monitor performance against the annual operation plan and initiate initiatives to bridge the gap (if any)- Key skills required: Ability to forecast & read what is happening in the business, ability to analyse numbers, ability to perform root cause analysis, stakeholder co-ordination & alignment- Prepare management reporting packs for timely reviews with actionable business insights & impact analysis of previous initiatives- Key skills required: Presentation skills, storyboarding, project management Ideal Candidate:- Chartered Accountant with 2+ years post qualification experience working in a similar profile- Experience in working in a start-up ecosystem would be a big advantage- Strong functional and execution capabilities in Budgeting and Finance with good analytical skills- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to perform in pressure situations & capability to get the best out of a wide range of stakeholdersAbout this role:When you join the organisation, you will be part of a fast-growing Pre-series B funded Healthcare focused Ed-Tech company training youth for careers in the healthcare sector.
