Job Description

    TECHNOLOGY L&D MANAGERHiring, Technology L&D - Manager with below skills and expertise.Purpose of your role :- The Tech L&D Specialist will be responsible to contribute to the implementation of the L&D strategy to support the Technology strategy. This role will require constant collaboration with Tech & Digital teams, learning communities/ teams, vendor partners and being aware of industry practices focusing on Technology to be able to build fitting learning solutions.- This role will require to be inclined towards Technology and a strong client service orientation. Project management skills and basic understanding of adult learning principles are essential to this role. One of the focus areas for this role will be to implement and contribute to the skills & competency framework used in Technology & Digital teams.- This will require working with the business functions and leadership to understand the gaps and expectations and also partnering with HR to ensure coherence with HR initiatives. This role would also require working closely with the Tech L&D team as one of the expected outcomes the Skills framework is to be able to design and offer appropriate learning paths for the roles.- Skills framework is an integral part of the L&D strategy and therefore it will require for the role to closely work and support the L&D team and learning initiatives. Owning the communication & awareness around the skills & competency framework, improvising the user interface will be critical aspects.Key Responsibilities :- A lead contributor to the L&D strategy to support the technology strategy- Understand business need, collaborate with the business to identify and agree learning needs and priorities aligned to business requirements and intelligence, devise a plan out of it in line with the competency matrix- To be the subject matter expert on the skills & competency framework and contact point for queries- Provide support on how to best utilise framework for individuals and teams by running awareness sessions and support to aid the rollout of the framework across teams- Contribute to the evaluation of programmes (including ROI and continuous improvement), control of budgetary spend as agreed and manage and update all learning materials- Identify and deliver the maintenance & improvement opportunities of portals and materials related to the competency framework- Contribute to the selection and management of external suppliers, such as LMS, trainers and coaches- Help to drive content development, put technology on the learning agenda- Active use of data analytics- Facilitator, curator of knowledge and learning resources- Ability to present information using a variety of techniques such as face to face, online classroom, role-playing, simulation, group dynamics, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures and webinars- Partner with HR Business Partners and Technology Leaders to agree priority capability gaps and create bespoke solutions where applicable- Manage stakeholders effectively; demonstrate strong business partner skills and be responsible and/or accountable for all agreed deliverables- Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the impact of learning interventions/solutions, taking action as necessary- Manage general logistics and administration for assigned individual learning programs- Drives behavioral change through instruction, on-demand content or facilitation- Manage the Learning pipeline and keep the stakeholders updated about the progressExperience and Qualifications Required :- Experience as a learning specialist for Technology- Experience on preferably Cornerstone / any other LMS- Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Analytical skills and experience with dashboards, MI, analytics - will be an added advantage- Experience in the design and delivery of learning interventions- Commercial knowledge & understanding- Building effective relationships with learning suppliers- Experience of using/implementing digital learning solutions- Digital thinker- Ability to support a rapidly changing business/consumer world with an ability to constantly learn, unlearn and re-learn as appropriate,
