    Dear Candidate,Greeting of the day!Job descriptionNotice Period : immediate-30 DaysJob Location : GurgaonExp : 5 - 8 YrsRole : Oracle Apps Techno Functional ConsultantPurpose :- This position requires an experienced Oracle apps Techno functional specialist (R12 & 11i) to support and manage various modules of apps and provide 24x7 on-call support.- Provide day to day technical / functional support for Oracle Apps- Monitor various critical programs and processes of Oracle Apps- Perform impact analysis of Oracle patches- Pro-actively perform period- end / year end checks- Organize technical team meetings and manage team to adhere SLAs.- Attend daily / weekly conference calls with VCPs.- Assesses and manages technical risk; prepares risk mitigation alternatives and recommends the appropriate alternative. Escalates significant risks and issues to the program team and leadershipSkills and Education :- Excellent skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms & Reports, Distributed Technologies, Workflow, XML Publisher.- Highly conversant with RICE components.- Must have experience in Supporting 24x7 mission critical Oracle EBS Applications R12 & 11i.- Must have experience in troubleshooting issues & provide resolution to the end users under high pressure environments.- Must have knowledge on Oracle Apps Patching process, liaising with Oracle Support.- Should have knowledge in Structured Software Development processes.- Should have good understanding of Unix and shell scriptingShould have in-depth knowledge of following processes :- Order To Cash- Procure to Pay- Oracle Service- Must have knowledge on Oracle Apps Patching process, liaising with Oracle Support.- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Techno Functional Developer in Development and Support of Oracle EBS - Release 11i & R12- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or MCA from a reputed college.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to document and report on defects and other software issues- Proven ability to quickly learn new products and processes.- Work with the IT and Business Teams to resolve incidents- Attention to detail and accuracy.Please fill all the details and mail your updated CV :Your full name ( First : Middle : Last ) ( All expanded ) :Your fathers name ( First : Middle : Last ) ( All expanded ) :Present Employer Name :Permanent / Contract Employee :Present Designation :Present Salary (in LPA):Expected Salary (in LPA):Highest degree with passing year:Total experience in year & months:Relevant experienceRegardsTeam HR
